Hi! I’m Amy Stallard. I am a photographer by trade and a writer at heart. Farine was born out of quarantine boredom and a love of all things cozy, healing, and healthy.
When I lost my job as a food photographer due to the pandemic, I needed a creative outlet and a way to manage my stress. I’ve spent the better part of the year studying and practicing the power of wholesome eating and self-care rituals for reducing stress and anxiety, feeling good, and living a fulfilled life, and I am hoping to share some of my journey via the good old internet.
Farine is not about achieving a certain look, status, or material abundance. It is about connecting more, slowing down to taste the coffee, and becoming happier with what we have. I post comforting recipes and anti-stress rituals to incorporate into your day for a more meaningful, joyful life!
