As a food photographer, food is the heart & soul of my day. These recipes & essays are a tapestry of my work & upbringing, an ode to all the amazing women in my life–from my incredible mom to my “work moms” who prepare the food you see on grocery store packaging & advertisements. 

All of these recipes are gluten-free, made with anti-inflammatory ingredients, and created using the techniques that I learned while working alongside some of the top chefs in the US and the world–as well as the techniques I still call my mom to explain to me.
